Practice: Letting Go

You are invited to an intimate Full Moon in Aquarius Brunch Circle on Sunday, July 21st, 2024, in Miami Beach area.

Hosted by Manna Moon's founder Melony van der Merwe, this exclusive gathering will focus on embodying the theme of Aquarius, “original”, “detached” and “rebellious”, during these uncertain times, and harnessing the symbolism of the Full Moon Phase for our letting go practice. Join us for a centering invocation with breathwork, a tea ceremony, and a light shared meal as we explore the power of release and intention-setting.

Cost: $75 per person

Attire: Casual white (note seating will be a firm cushion)

11:00am - Welcome, Opening Invocation, and short Breathwork session

11:30am - Tea Ceremony

12:00pm - Light Shared Meal and Theme Reflection: “Visionary Thinking”

1:30pm - Closing Ritual
