Mobilize the New Moon Energy: The Power of Intentional Language for Positive Manifestation

The new moon is a powerful time for setting intentions and manifesting our desires. As we align ourselves with the energy of new beginnings, it's essential to be intentional with our words, as they shape our thoughts and ultimately influence our reality.

Over the past ten years of facilitating a practice of conscious intention setting and releasing what is in resistance, I am always surprised at how most people when asked what it is that they want can effortlessly verbalize what they do not want. They answer an intention setting call to action in relation to what is not wanted, rather than what is wanted. During the new moon intention setting rituals, most would set their intention to not have or not be a certain way, rather than using language that places emphasis on what you positively want to manifest.

In this blog post, we will explore the practice of using intentional language during the new moon phase to enhance our manifestation abilities. We will also provide expert references to support the significance of conscious language in this transformative process.

1. The Science Behind Intentional Language:

According to Dr. Masaru Emoto, a renowned Japanese researcher, our words have a profound effect on the molecular structure of water. Since our bodies are made up of approximately 60% water, it is reasonable to assume that our words can impact our overall well-being. Dr. Emoto's experiments demonstrated that positive words, thoughts, and intentions create beautiful, harmonious water crystals, while negative words and intentions result in distorted and disharmonious structures. This research highlights the importance of using intentional language to manifest positive outcomes.

2. Shifting from "Don't Forget" to "Remember":

Renowned author and spiritual teacher Louise Hay emphasized the significance of using positive language in her teachings. Instead of saying, "Don't forget to," which places the focus on forgetting, we can reframe our language to "Remember to." This simple shift directs our attention towards the desired action, reinforcing our intention and increasing the likelihood of it manifesting.

3. Affirming What You Want:

In her book "You Can Heal Your Life," Louise Hay also emphasized the power of affirmations in manifestation. By stating what we want in positive terms, we align our thoughts and intentions with our desires. For instance, instead of saying, "I don't want to be late," we can affirm, "I want to be on time." This intentional language directs our energy towards punctuality, increasing the likelihood of us manifesting this desired outcome.

4. The Law of Attraction and Intentional Language:

The Law of Attraction, popularized by authors like Rhonda Byrne in "The Secret," suggests that our thoughts and words attract corresponding experiences into our lives. By using intentional language, we align our vibrations with what we want to manifest. When we say, "I am abundant" or "I attract positive opportunities," we are consciously setting our intentions and inviting these experiences into our reality.

As we harness the energy of the new moon to set intentions and manifest our desires, it is crucial to be intentional with our words. The science of water crystals, the teachings of experts like Louise Hay, and the principles of the Law of Attraction all support the power of intentional language in manifestation. By reframing our statements, affirming what we want, and aligning our thoughts with positive outcomes, we can enhance our ability to manifest our dreams. Let us embrace the practice of intentional language during the new moon phase and watch as our desires unfold before us.
